The Express Entry Program to Canada is one of the most popular ways to obtain the status of Canadian permanent resident. You must have a job offer to qualify for Express Entry Of course, it is a fact that no Canadian employer will be allowed to have a more direct impact via Express Entry Program, it is simply not true that you need to have a job offer in hand before you apply for the visa.
